By using this website you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms please do not use our website.
Appointments are booked through Vagaro, our third party booking platform. By booking an appointment you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Appointment confirmations will be sent via email or text through Vagaro.
Please give at least 48 hours cancellation notice by texting or calling the owner. Life happens — if you need to cancel after the 48-hour mark, adjustments can be made unless it becomes a habit. Cancelling later than 48 hours two to three times in a row will result in being placed on the waiting list.
Any adjustments or fixes on original services must be discussed within 48 hours of the original appointment date to be accommodated. Anything after 48 hours forfeits any accommodations and will result in payment for new services.
All sales are final for services rendered. If you are unsatisfied with your service please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can discuss options. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns within our adjustment policy.
Clients must disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions, or medical conditions that may affect hair services prior to their appointment. The WannaBee Hair Studio reserves the right to decline services if proceeding could pose a health or safety risk.
We welcome all walks of life at The WannaBee Hair Studio. We ask that all clients treat our stylist and other clients with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner.
