Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations by texting or calling Jonathon directly. Life happens — if you need to cancel after the 48-hour mark, adjustments can be made unless it becomes a habit.

Cancelling later than 48 hours two to three times in a row will result in being placed on the waiting list.

Any adjustments on original services must be requested within 48 hours of your appointment. Anything after that will be treated as a new service.
